Exhibitors/Sponsors are welcome to sell their products and are responsible for obtaining a selling license through the city of Black Mountain.

Be sure to send both a horizontal and vertical style logo to be used on the website to artfusionevent@gmail.com



Information pertaining to shipping, license and more will be sent within 48 hours of submission.

You may only sell products that you actually carry either in your physical or online store.  You may not sell any tools, products, merchandise that is deemed "the same" as a Sponsor.  If in the event that there are two exhibitors with the same type of product, first registered will be given permission to sell that product.

Where: Black Mountain, North Carolina located 15 miles  

Our special guest exhibitors: Friday noon - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 2pm

You are welcome to ship supplies directly to the Venue two weeks prior to the event.  

Lodging:  Lodging information is on the ArtFusion Event website.  From there you can connect to the Blue Ridge Mountain Assembly website.  Breakfast and lunch is included with lodging.  If you are interested in sharing a room, join the ArtFusion Event Facebook group and add your name to the Roommate list.

Travel:  If flying, the Asheville Airport is located 15 miles from the Venue.  Alternative airport is Charlotte, located 1 1/2 hours from Venue.
